Refund Policy- Bottle Runners
Eligibility for Refunds
Bottle Runners offers refunds under certain conditions, including cases where we are unable to fulfill an order or where there has been an error in the items delivered. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order before dispatch, you may be eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, no refund will be provided, and you will be charged for the full order amount.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an exchange or refund where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Orders placed by individuals under the legal drinking age
- Orders delivered to individuals appearing intoxicated, where delivery has been refused
- Orders where the customer fails to present valid identification upon delivery
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
