Order Placement and Payment
Orders can be placed online, via our app, or by phone. Customers can choose to pay in advance or upon arrival. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, e-transfer, and PayPal, for your convenience. Bottle Runners reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that is fraudulent, suspected of being fraudulent, or violates our policies.
Delivery Times
Bottle Runners aims to deliver orders within 30 to 45 minutes of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to communicate any delays.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. For all other cancellations, a refund may be issued per our Refund Policy.
